On-Line (Quickest & Simplest)
Rocky Mountain Gifts & Rocks uses a secure on-line server. When you are thru shopping and ready to check-out please fill out the Order Form. All information is safely encrypted and processed. It is an easy and quick step that shouldn't take more that a moment or two. An email will be sent shortly after your order is received and processed.

Mail order or credit card
If you prefer to send other funds or don't want to use our secure server click here to email us your order or mail your order. We will Confirm your order via phone or email. A 72 hour hold will be placed on your order for payment arrangements to be made. These payments must be received within 1 week of initial order, or the order will be returned to inventory.

All payments must be made in US funds Only

Colorado residents are required by law to add 4% sales tax or provide a resale certificate.

Orders paid by check will be held until funds have cleared through the bank.

Item Availability
Our items are primarily one of a kind so all items are subject to prior sale.

Privacy Policy
No personal confidential information about our customers is divulged. Any and all information given to us is held in the strictest confidence.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are not included in our pricing. Items are shipped via UPS Ground or Overnight, 2nd Day Air or US Mail and insured. The very heavy items will need to be Truck Freight or picked up. Call us for other arrangements.

Refunds
We strive to please our customers so refunds are not common, but if you need to return an item we will cheerfully issue a refund minus shipping charges as long as all of the following conditions are met.

.	We must be notified via email within 24 hours of receipt of items.
.	Return must be postmarked no later than 3 days after notification of intent to return, using same or similar shipping method and insuring for full purchase value.
.	Item must be returned in the same original condition as received with no alterations or damage.

A full refund/credit will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.
